Ministry Scheduler Pro 6.2: Liturgy and worship planning
Give your volunteers access to all the information they need for their services in one central place! Schedulers and appointed ministry leaders can now attach readings, PDFs, music files, videos and special instructions to each service. You can even create an item by item service plan, with notes and resources attached to each item. And when volunteers view the plan online, they can leave comments, ask questions, and download resources right to their computer!

Upload resources
Upload resources like readings, songs, videos, links and more, making them available for your volunteers to access through the Web Terminal. Volunteers can see all of the notes and resources related to that service in one place, making it easy for them to get all the information they need.
Post notes
Notes give you an easy way to communicate important information about a service to your volunteers. You can optionally limit who is able to see a note by ministry, so that volunteers only see information that is relevant to them.
Worship planning
Create item-by-item sequences of events for each service. Drag and drop your items into the correct order, add time stamps and headings to further organize the flow of your service. You can also attach resources and notes to particular items in the service, thereby providing volunteers with the information they need at every stage of the service.
Comments
Volunteers can now leave comments and ask questions, right on a service’s page. Letting volunteers give feedback, make suggestions, and interact with one another online increases the sense of community and strengthens bonds among volunteers.
