The license fee (shown in bold) is a one time fee paid at the time of purchase. The required monthly maintenance fee (shown in blue) is not paid until six months after a license is purchased. It is paid on an annual basis (monthly fee x 12) and covers the next twelve months of your license. It includes technical support, professional scheduling consultation, all program upgrades and updates, and use of the hosted Emailer and Web Terminal services. Optional SMS features (SMS reminders and PhoneHuddle™) are billed separately at $0.02 per SMS sent or received.
