Online access for ministry leaders
Grant your ministry leaders special privileges to manage just their volunteers and service times online.
Ministry leaders can schedule volunteers, send emails, and edit service plans all
through an easy to use web based interface, with no need in install the full administrator's client. Also, ministry leaders are
automatically kept up to date on any changes made by volunteers in their ministries through the Web Terminal.
The Online Edition allows you to designate up to five ministry leaders, while the Plus Edition allows unlimited ministry leaders.
Email reminders and calendar integration
Reduce no shows with automatic email reminders sent a specified number of days before each volunteer's scheduled dates. (Volunteers can change the number of days to suit their preferences.)
Volunteers can also easily add their serving schedule to their Google, iCal, or Microsoft Outlook calendar!
SMS reminders and PhoneHuddle™
Reduce no shows with automatic text message (SMS) reminders sent hours before your services.
The revolutionary PhoneHuddle technology enables scheduled volunteers to use their cell phones as text based walkie-talkies! When PhoneHuddle is enabled and volunteers reply to their SMS reminders, the reply is sent to all other volunteers scheduled at that time. Using PhoneHuddle, volunteers can quickly alert each other if they are running late or require assistance and share reflections about the service.
Please note that SMS reminders and PhoneHuddle are billed at $0.02 per SMS message sent or received.
Online enrollments
Make it easy for new volunteers to enroll online directly from your church web site using a customizable form. The information submitted by new volunteers appears inside MSP in a virtual stack of forms.
Ministry folders
Keep your database organized by grouping your ministries by location, department or however you see fit.
Once your ministries are grouped into folders, you can view schedules and
create emails and rosters just for particular folders. Ministry folders make it easy to manage hundreds of ministries
with MSP and still focus your attention on just one part of the overall picture.
Simultaneous, multi-user access
Access your data from anywhere and share it between any number of administrators. Your church secretary can be working from the office while a volunteer scheduler is working from home!

Online storage limit
Build an online library of videos, songs, readings, and other media files to include in your services. The total size of the files in your library can be up to the online file storage limit for your license.
Integration with management software
One-click synchronization of volunteer's name, address, phone, and email with supported church management software:
* Synchronization is not possible with totally remote / hosted versions.
MSP can also import and update volunteer information from Excel spreadsheets.
